Just in time for Valentine’s Day.
Travel with Penny through the Hawaiian Islands where trouble shakes up her
fantasies and leaves her fending for herself with not much more than a vivid
imagination.
This short story is about the newspaper business, romantic attraction,
photography and a small mistake in the pagination department.
A hilarious book filled with funny stories and one of my naughtier
poems.
My romantic story titled Mirror, Mirror about Snow White, is altered to fit our modern
world.

Congratulations on your story's inclusion in Open Doors!
ReplyDeleteThanks Alex but Penniless Hearts is my new one. It's much, much longer!

ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day, Eve!
I'm taking that as a huge compliment coming from you. Thank you very much!

ReplyDelete...and to you too Carole. Hugs back at ya.
DeleteThanks! I'm always looking for a good read.
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day!
Dana, let me know what you think.

Can't wait to hear your review of Penniless Hearts!!!
DeleteBest of luck to you on the sales of your new book! I'm not much of a reader. There I said. It seems the extent of what I read is online. Sad, but true. The funny thing is I was excited when DH bought me an iPad, as I thought, I can't wait to begin reading more now that it'll be easier than trying to read from my iPhone. I was sure having such a fine, new toy would make reading more appealing to me. Maybe it's just getting too side track with computer woes that messed me up. I won't give up on myself. I'm sure I'll eventually settle down to re-discover my fondest for literature. Thanks for visiting!
ReplyDeleteWell I wouldn't call any of my romantic stories literature, but I hope you read them one day.
DeleteA naughty poem, Eve? :) Best of luck on sales. Happy Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteYes Krisztina. Very naughty.
DeleteSo much fun. Good luck on the sales.
ReplyDeleteHaven't sold any yet I don't think....
DeleteCongrats! I love the cover of Open Doors.
ReplyDeleteOpen Doors looks more like YA and I guess that's why you love it. Norma Beishir's son Collin designed my cover for Penniless Hearts.
DeletePenniless Hearts is indeed a wonderful book! I really enjoyed the Fractured Fairy Tales, too!
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day, Evie!
Thanks Norma. I appreciate your kind comments!
DeleteAwesome Possum!
ReplyDeleteEve,thanks for recommending your books and stories; they sound wonderful! Now if I only had more time on my hands! Sounds like an excuse, I know, but those who know me well know how truly swamped I am. That said, I'll check them out, because I already know what a terrific writer you are! Happy Valentine's Day to you and yours and all writers, from all of us here at Team Bartilucci HQ!
ReplyDeleteNice. Thanks for listing these books and the linky. helping each other out is the best way to succeed.
